Come thither this THURSDAY …..

Our Daily Rev Up! Come Thither this Thursday with hearts wide open, wanting to be more, wanting to be better! Last night at the community meal, I held up a plain old brick and asked, “What is this?” Some said a brick, others a vase (creative response as there were some holes that you could place flowers) a stone… but then we wondered — what could the brick aspire to be - something better, something more - what could it be? A foundation stone, a cathedral, a mansion — something more. Just like us. Ordinary in one moment, extraordinary in God’s hands. We claimed Jeremiah 29:11, trusting God’s plans to prosper us, and prayed blessing over our hands, our feet, our hearts. The hope of Jesus filled the room. Let it fill you now too. Bless.
