Women
Activities for women in the Anglican Church play a crucial role in fostering community, spiritual growth, and leadership development.
These activities provide a supportive environment where you can deepen your faith, share your experiences, and build meaningful relationships.
Through Bible studies, prayer groups, and fellowship events, we encourage you to explore your spiritual gifts and contribute to the life of the church.
Additionally, these activities often include outreach and service projects, allowing you to make a positive impact in your communities.
By participating in these activities, you not only strengthen your own faith but also inspire and support others, creating a vibrant and inclusive church community.

World Day of Prayer is a worldwide ecumenical movement of women of many faith traditions who come together to observe a common day of prayer each year on the first Friday in March.
The prayer day promotes informed prayer for the women of the focus country who write the service program. The WDoP service presents their needs and concerns and their praise to God through the use of Bible passages and prayers and testimonies. The people around the world attending WDoP services can then support them by participating in the service.
Traditionally, various churches of the Sunshine Coast take turns hosting this yearly event.
